Kinda close to crispy boots to stiffness. I just prefer a stiffer more mountaineering style boot.

Not sure on the other boots you mention but they are true to size.

I just bought this Same boot, but in a wide as I found they run narrow-ish, but I’m an 8.5, 9.5 will be wider

Stiffness like a 3-4 on crispis scale. Full leather though. With better ancient support , IMO
