Hamskea epsilon with mathews mount.
I had orange serving criss crossed on the felt to match my bow so there might be a little residue left on it, also why the felt looks a little bumpy, felt can be removed. Figured it sell better without that servings. Otherwise that black tape is just holding the bolt with it.
