Gunbearer Mod

My rifle likes to twist on me when using the gunbearer. I came up with an easy way to really stabilize it. All that is needed is a piece of webbing and a g hook or just a piece of webbing if you can sew.

For this example I used one of the compression straps from my EMR2. Thread the webbing through the ladder lock that is at the back of the belt and hook the g hook through the velcro loop on the gun bearer. It is easily adjustable while wearing the pack and really stabilizes the gun.







If you can sew, bypass the g hook all togather and just sew a piece of webbing to the gunbearer

Slick solution. I could see this helping with an issue I had with a shorter muzzleloader wanting to muzzle me.

Good mod Riz. I've been doing something similar to my gun bearers, but I hook my webbing to one of the empty loop locks on the bottom of the pack.
