Guide in WY Elk unit 104?

I have a type 6 tag (cow) in Wyoming Elk unit 104 . Just got back after a week up there. These elk are smart and as soon as there's an influx of human activities in the woods, they dip over to Fossil Butte National Monument (no hunting )and don't leave. It's frustrating as hell to see several different herds of 250+ elk just chillin in the open with impunity. ANYWAY, the season is open thru NOV 30th and was wondering if there are any guides that could help me fill my tag ?
