Group applications with youth hunters in Wyoming

Can a group apply in the special draw with youth hunters? I see only one price for youth nonresidents , i dont know if two adults could apply for the special draw with two youths.

Yes but Youth pricing is only available in the Regular Price draw. Everybody pays special price in the Special price draw.
