Hi everybody, new member here from Northern/Central California. I'm looking forward to learning from this forum and hopefully connecting with some folks who enjoy the same activities. I grew up hiking / camping / fishing / some hunting here in California. I'm a total rookie when it come to big game hunting but have been working to learn as much as I can. Finally decided to stop making excuses and make this the year I get up in the high country after Mule Deer. I'd like to gain experience and eventually take on some out-of state hunts in the future.
I work in the Fire Service and also have some background in Law Enforcement, so hopefully some folks on here that might enjoy some shop talk as well.
