Any of the guys to the north have one they want to get rid of? I kick myself for not buying one years ago and didn’t realize they went out of business.

Are you talking about the oval shaped upright sheet metal stoves ? We called them "puff and billies". To make one last guys would roll up a piece of tin and shove it thru the lid hole on top to make them "double wall" also some would stick about one inch of sand in the bottom. When used daily lifespan was about one winter. Cheap and effective, just not long lived.

I think we’re talking about the same thing. I just want a lighter weight stove then my heavy wall tent one.

Yep. A Canadian icon. Kind of sad they are no longer made. Remember them being about $60 back in the day.
