GPS Question

I currently have a Garmin 62s and was wondering if upgrading to a newer model is needed. Mine works fine even though its a older model but was curious if a newer model maybe warranted to due tech changes and such.

Not sure I understand the question. I use a Garmin 60 CSX which was well before the 62's, and it works great.

I am not a techie so newest and greatest in electronics is no big deal. I use a 60csx also and it works fine.

If you carry a smart phone get an app and you'll have the lightest largest touch screen
GPS available to my knowledge.
Saves a bit of weight as well.

I like a bit of redundancy in the backcountry. I carry the 60csx with Onx and a smartphone with a couple different hunting apps.
