I've been watching this guys videos for a few years now. He shoots A LOT of groups, with heavy ass rifles, and does a lot of "tuning".
You'll hear him say things like, "cold bore flier", "pulled that one", "that load really fell apart" type of stuff. Things most everyone attributes to their groups at some point, as an excuse for actual dispersion.
I think it would be good for people to see all of this stuff shot side by side repeatedly (which he does quite a bit) and just notice that some bullets/powder shoot good all the time together with various seating depths and charge weights (in a given barrel, not in general), and some bullets/powder shoot good sometimes, which makes it easy to get caught up in the small sample size stuff and making excuses for when the bullet/powder doesn't shoot.
All the videos are short and to the point, which I like. You just get to see real world group shot in real time without nitpicking the shown data.
Here's a good one. First thing he mentions is the high hit is likely a cold bore flier. Then you see it just repeats that same "flier" eventually in the next group.
Absolutely nothing against this guy whatsoever. I really enjoy his content. He is just saying out loud what we all think or have thought at various times while shooting and reloading. When really, it's just dispersion of that given combo IMO.
