Mystery Ranch Packs and Montana Wild Introduce “The Pack Out”

Bozeman, MT. (June 25, 2015) Mystery Ranch, a pack company with a product line focused on function, comfort, quality and durability has joined forces with Montana Wild to create what has been titled as “The Pack Out.”

The Pack Out is an educational video with detailed, step by step instructions on how to properly load Mystery Ranch’s well-known Metcalf pack after an animal has been harvested high in the western mountains. The video illustrates how their pack allows users to comfortably handle large amounts of weight by properly distributing that load to their back and more importantly, their hips.

-- In combination with the release of The Pack Out, Mystery Ranch will be launching a giveaway where participants will have the chance to retain their very own Metcalf pack.

Great video here Highlighting a great pack! I Watched all these guys videos and in my opinion they deserve some major pub. supper talented dudes! they got some bad ass fly fishing videos also. I recommend Buck Nasty Browns! Thanks for Posting Robby!

After watching this video, I think I could load this pack. The presentation was good, and the gutless method is something I have used for the last few years thanks to Corey Jacobsen of Elk101.com.
I use the Eberlestock Blue Widow, and have had no problems with it carrying heavy weight comfortably. (One trip was 138#)I would like to use this pack side by side with my Blue Widow. I would be very surprised if you were able to get me to change my mind. Even though the Blue widow is not a light pack, when you have upwards of 100# on your back, a few pounds more or less doesn't mean much. The Blue Widow is a straight forward pack job with plenty of compression straps and lash points, and seems easier to pack. There are quite a few new packs out there that are great packs, try them on with 60 or more pounds in the pack and see if they fit you and are comfortable.
Good review, thanks for showing us the pack, the gutless method, and a nice bull. How about doing a video on C4E gear or First Lite? Maybe on a big mule deer hunt. :)
