What do you guys think? Golden’s would be rare here in New York but it looks diff then a juvenile bald Eagle to me .
Very cool.. must be rare for here in new yorkConfirmed golden by the raptor expert in our dfw office.
She said one of the defining characteristics of Goldens vs. Juvenile Balds are the Goldens have feathers that go down to their feet, while Balds look like they are wearing shorts.Very cool.. must be rare for here in new york
Nice! That chances of it touching down in front of my cam. WooGolden for sure. A couple summers ago here in the Northwest corner of NJ I had one on the lake I live on. Saw it a couple times in a month or so and haven't seen it since. A rare and cool sight but they pass through every once in a while
