Goggins 4x4x48

Anyone else working thru the Goggins 4x4x48 right now?

This is the 3rd year I’ve done it, 16 miles down and definitely starting to fatigue.

Just looked up what it is. I’d never heard of it before.

4 miles every
4 hours for
48 hours

Sounds pretty challenging. You’d defiantly need to block out a weekend to dedicate to it.

Guess I missed it again! I was actually out yesterday morning on my 4mi run thinking it was about time for this to take place again. Guess I'll have to do it on my own at some point
