I have a Glock 40 MOS with case, 3 mags, and all the associated stuff. I added tritium sights. Fantastic condition. I have a Razco holster for it as well. The holster has some light scratches but functions perfectly.

The tape on the packaging is just to seal it back up so I wouldn't loose plates or screws.
