The legs and head combined weigh in at 3lb 9.7oz and can balance everything up to and including my 88mm spotter.
The birding head has a spring mechanism that allows it to balance any reasonable object with both clutches wide open. This results in extremely smooth fluid motion perfect for long days of glassing.
The legs have 4-sections of 6X carbon fiber tubes and a center column. Total height allows a six foot earthling to comfortably use an angled spotting scope.
