Just learned about this company. Anyone have any experience with them? Many of their knives use M390 steel, which is my favorite blade steel so far, plus G10 or Micarta scales. Added to this is more reasonable prices than Benchmade. I'm tempted to pick up an ACE Iona and give them a try.

I have a biblio. It's not the smoothest action I've ever felt, but it does feel solid. Overall it just didn't speak to me as much as I thought it would so it's in the drawer full of knives to eventually sell off or give to my boys. I prefer benchmade, spyderco, Emerson for my own use or carry.

i too have the Biblio. if i ever get into porn, my name will be ACE BIBLIO.

i love the thing and it actually benched my Bugout for the year. it is very smooth and the size is perfect for me. the blade? it could have been sharper (out of the box). i wasn't impressed. the M390 is very robust; i used my Diamond system to put a wicked edge on it. it has held that edge really well. i have used it to process fire wood at a boutique campsite where we all had to share a campfire. none of the dads in their Teslas brought a knife or axe. with all the tiny kids running around screaming for marshmallows over the fire, i kept the axe in my truck. while i didn't BATON with the biblio, i did put my body weight into it to push it thru smaller oak pieces to make kindling. i whittled countless pointed sticks for sugar addicted kids. my knife held up awesome. i have cut some dumb things with it. like carpet. DUMB!! but its survived. i wear it in my pocket kayaking and it hasn't rusted. i will get a better folder for that environment soon.

its a great knife. i wish i had the Micarta version, but they were sold out forever.

Giantmouse makes a great knife. internet people complain about heat-treat but i have not found any of it to be true. but i am no expert. at this point, i just strop it occasionally and it is a straight razor.

My version is the natural micarta. Looks so good after some ballistol to darken it up a little. After my initial post I actually played with mine some more. If it was a little bigger and would flick open more predictably it'd be a lot nicer. Decently sharp out of the box for me, but I haven't used it enough to comment on the steel.
