This things never missed a shot until today
Out of ~ 250 rounds it missed 40. No rhyme or reason, it would do it in the middle of a string. It wouldn’t register anything.
Software appears up to date, I do get a prompt that strings will be deleted due to storage but that shouldn’t cause it to miss random shots.
Any advice? It’s paired to an IPhone if that makes any difference

Last time this happened on a broad scale, there was an update. Was there one recently?

Not that I can see
In settings it says software up to date

My magnetospeed used to miss if the battery was low so figured I’d ask.

My Garmin has only missed if placement wasn’t great (grass in the way when prone, etc) or if there was a pending update. Interestingly enough it’s able to catch shots while being hung off a tripod.

Curious how you are setting yours up? I've tracked probably 2000 rounds with mine. Outside of the problematic software version, it's missed 2 shots. It'll even pickup rounds from the next shooting lane at indoor ranges.

My app says my version is 3.32, which is the one that fixed the missing shot bug. It probably wouldn't hurt to clear out the on-device storage. If you sync with your phone, you should have all the data backed up.

Mines done this too. Or thrown out some really really oddball numbers.
I try and make sure the unit doesn't have grass or anything in the way. Still happens.
I get more random numbers than anything though.

Mine is not paired to a phone and has missed a few shots, seemed to be worse yesterday than any other time though. Going to clear the memory cache and see if it corrects itself; I think it missed 6 of 50 shots. Some probably weren't the fault of the chrono, was working on quick doubles while checking ammo consistency with large temp differentials.

I cleared unit memory and will give it a shot Wednesday to see if it helps

Anyone think Bluetooth can interfere with? I had AirPods in
