FS: Stevens 200 7-08mm w/ scope

Ok deal fell through so its back up.

Stevens 200 7-08mm w/ Swift Premier 3-9x40. Rifle has 12rds of Federal Fusion 140gr (if you are local..WY or CO I will throw in 28rds of the same ammo/lot number rounds). Rifle is in excellent condition. FYI it has a regular savage short action (savage barrel nut)

How old is it and how does it shoot?

Ive owned it since June. I bought it as LNIB, and it certainly appeared to be unfired, unless someone did an unbelievable cleaning job (so yes, I believe I am the only person to fire this rifle). But I don't believe Savage makes the Stevens 200 anymore as the Axis took its place.

I honestly haven't shot it for groups per se, so I wont make any claims. I would also add that due to the twist rate (yes it has an odd 1/11.5" twist rate), it will probably shoot 120gr projectiles better than the 140s I have (couldn't find 120gr barnes to sight in).

I bought it on a whim, so Im selling it on one too.

I was going to ask if it had that slow twist. I want a 7-08 but will need it to shoot 140's well.
