Frame or other ideas for displaying a Bear Rug

I’ve got a Newfoundland Black Bear made into a rug, and it seems too nice to put on the floor, and too big to nail up to a wall. Has anyone made a frame of sorts to drape a bear rug over for display in a home? Or is there something else I should be thinking of. I’m struggling on ideas for how to impressively display this bad boy.

Have it tanned with a head mount (like a rug mount without the rug backing). Allows you to hang over furniture or from a wall without taking all kinds of room that a wall mounted or floor placed rug takes. Looks better than just a tanned hide with a wrinkled or distorted face IMO. image.jpg

Got all my back skins from Africa draped over the loft railing. Probably make room for the hide that’s at the taxidermist now. Already have some on the walls.

I have a grizz hide nailed to the wall in my bedroom that doesn’t fit just the wall. I nailed the overlapping arm and claws to the ceiling. I think it looks good.

What’s was the cost to get rug made?

I've been toying with an idea to make a "skeleton" out of flat bar to drape it over to give it a look similar to a full body mount. Haven't had the time to put the idea into reality yet though; still just rattling around in my head.
