WTS Forbes 24b 30.06 $1700

I am selling a Forbes 24B 30.06 for $1700. The. Barrel is threaded 5/8 x 24 and shortened to 21”. This one has the polished rather than fluted bolt which is indicative that it was an early model that Melvin Forbes worked on himself. I’m located in Dallas and can meet in a reasonable distance or ship to your FFL. This has been a great ultralight rifle. IMO these are great alternatives to NULA rifles. I considered rebarreling this to a different caliber but have decided to not do that. I’ll add pictures when I get home.
