Hello all. My name is Josh and I am from a small town in south Texas near San Antonio. I enjoy hunting, fishing, shooting bows and guns, and the outdoors. I have a beautiful wife and a 2 year old son and another one in the oven. I have been a long time lurker and have finally decided to join. In Texas I hunt deer, that's what we call whitetail deer down here, pigs, coyotes, and varmints. This year I am taking the boom stick to Colorado yo GMU 12 for a second season Elk hunt. It will be all DIY and if my hunting partners can take it a back country wilderness hunt. Although that would be mostly 24 and 25. I prefer it bow hunt and will definitely next year. I recently purchased ELK101 and have been soaking it up like a sponge. I have also been walking the steepest hills us flat landers have here with a 50 lb pack a minimum of 4 miles a day for the last month. Hopefully it will pay off this year!
