FNG from Florida

FNG from Florida here. Been reading the site and forum for a few years. I have family in Montana and have been out 4 of the last 5 years during archery for elk. Going back this year. Been at full draw on bulls a half dozen times, but no meat yet. I can't get excited about shooting a cow but maybe I need to just to get the monkey off my back this year.

I can't speak into Montana but Idaho has a few over the counter cow hunts you could try, believe they are rifle hunts as well.
