Thanks for the chance to be part of this great forum. I live in Atlanta and am headed out west this fall with Shtf for my first elk hunt. I've been planning this bowhunting trip with my cousin in Chicago and another good friend for three years. We've got the gear, studied the maps, and I've driven my wife nuts. She's almost as excited as I am so she doesn't have to hear about it!
I lived in Littleton for a year, and I fell in love with the mountains. Every time I return it is a powerful spiritual experience. They move my soul like nothing else.
I'm running, working out, reading books, and shooting well from 40 and 50 yards. I'm doing everything I can, and I appreciate all your wisdom. Someday I hope to have the experience to be able to give something back to this community.
