I originally bought this FLIR thermal handheld when we built our house to do heat loss remediation. We pressurized the house before sheetrocking to foam and caulk any air loss. Worked excellent. Other than that I just used a few times tracking hogs on a TX hunt. Very few hours.
I shuddered when I pulled the file on this, paid $1700. Thermals have come down in price the last few years but should be a killer price at $400 firm TYD.
