Do the kanab fit the same as the corrugat guide pants? I have a pair of large guide that I purchased in max1 and hate the fit. Wore them once and put them away. I'm interested in the 2.0 but wondering if the fit is the same. Thanks guys

I haven't tried the corrugates but I LOVE the kanabs 2.0 probably fit me better than any pant I've ever owned. I'm 5'9" and 190lbs with most of my weight in my ass and legs (20 years of playing hockey). The stretch panels make them super comfortable to move around in.

My only complaint is with the metal buttons along the calf that I think are made for using with gaiters. Sometimes when on the ground I roll into them and damn do they hurt!

So I'm looking at a pair. I'm 5'10" 220ish. Big legs and ass (rugby), 34-36 waist in most pants including Sitka timberline (34). How's the fit? Hate baggy, but hate having a muffin top cuz the waist is too tight. Also how are here for early season and scouting? Thanks team.

I'm 6'1", 185 with trunk thighs and the MT corrugates fit perfectly but the MT Kanabs are too small. I heard the fit was similar between the two so I ordered a pair of MT Kanabs, they just came in today and they're going straight back tomorrow.

I'm the opposite. I hated the corregates, they felt tight, almost like skinny jeans. I have a couple pairs of 1.0 kanabs and like them, but felt like they were a bit short. I've now got two pairs of MT Kanab 2.0 and love them. I wear them daily.

5'7 190ish usually wear 34-36 pants and the large's were too baggy for me, ordered some mediums and they seem to fit OK but i haven't hiked or hunted in them yet so TBD.

I don't mind the fit, but they run short! I agree the buttons on knees suck!!! Luckily both mine ripped off sliding down some rocks stalking some elk.

5'9" 180 32 waist. I like the medium Kanabs. The fit is perfect. Large is just too baggy, I feel like a homey

I am 5'8" around 185lbs and the large fit well-not baggy but too long. I am accustomed to hemming length in pants though. I do feel like a First Lite Billboard though. My Kanabs are pine color and the orange lettering is very bright. And yea the metal buttons on the knee section were a brain fart by First Lite.

Ok fellas I ordered a pair. See what happens if I don't like them I may post them for sale. I went with the earth in size medium. I'm 5'7" 175 waist is about 33. I had a pair of their guide pants and had ordered a size large and they were to baggy. Hope these fit better.

The verdict is in for me, mediums are where its at even being 34-36. Did a long hike this weekend, very happy with them. Still miss side vents, but great pants.

I'm 5'9 and, depending on the time of year, am between 200 and 215 pounds. I wear 36 inch waist jeans (Levis) and 38 inch waist in Kuiu Attacks. I had the XL Kanabs, sent them back for Large. Glad I did. There is built in stretch in the waist, so that gives some nice flexibility.

Side note: the Kanabs I just received from Black Ovis have a different button by the knee for the roll up cuffs compared to a pair I had bought a while back from a different source. Much better. The old ones had a huge knob of a button with what can only be described as a seriously annoying "post," while my new ones have s simpler button attached by a bit of cloth.

Here's a pic of the new button type:
