First Lite return question

I didn't see this on their website, but does anyone know how their returns work. Can you send back for another size as long as what you want is in stock and all your tags are in tact?

They are very cool man. call them up, send back the stuff and when they receive it they will ship out the other size. talk to them too to get sizing info. their stuff can be a little weird. I run a small vest and a large jacket. just depends of the piece.

I had no problem returning a pair of bibs from them.

send them an email, they'll send you an RA#. I just sent back a chama hoody last monday (12/21), sent me back the new one yesterday (12/26), less then a week flip.

Thanks for the responses. I've always heard good things about their CS, just wanted to double check since it's my first purchase with them.
