Uniqlo Ultra Light Down jackets, size medium. Both are in excellent condition and pack down to fit in a pocket. The solid color jacket comes with a small stuff sack. $35 each/$60 for the pair.

Mountainsmith Crestone 0* sleeping bag. Brand new and never used. $70

How about this, $105 for the bag and both jackets. Pretty much getting a free jacket. As I mentioned before both jackets are in like new shape and the sleeping bag is BRAND NEW, never used. All from a non smoking home.
