I need to preface this entire thing with the fact that I’ve been shooting an insanity cpx with 70# Cpxl limbs, which has a peak draw weight of 76 lbs. It was a BEAR.
That being said, I really like this bow. With my 533 grain arrow I shot 282 fps. The draw cycle was very agreeable and the tuning process took me all of about 35 minutes to get it bare shafted. The draw on performance is really not bad at all and honestly was WAYYYY better than the one on my insanity.
I enjoy the stock grip and holding weight. My first 5 shot group was about 2” at 20 yards, with a bare shaft thrown in. I’m shooting this bow maxed at 81 lbs on the performance setting and it feels like about 72 lbs.
The balance is phenomenal.
The setup process was extremely straight forward and I enjoyed the customizable factor of being able to basically put the orbit dampeners anywhere I liked. I personally think this bow will make me happy for quite a while!
