Hey all,
Been in the coast guard 17 years and lived all over the place. Finally settled back here in Lake Oswego, working in Portland. I’m originally from walla walla.
I am trying to teach myself to hunt. I had just figured out a little about whitetail last year on my first year hunting at my last duty station in New Orleans. I got 2 spikes with my bow. Now I’m back to square one, but excited to learn as much as I can about western hunting.
I’m physically fit and am more than willing to help anyone with lawn work, house repairs etc in exchange for hunting/fishing knowledge. I also reload ammo and can build you a rifle round specific to your gun if that interests you!
I didn’t grow up in a hunting/fishing family and have been learning as much as I can from YouTube, but it only goes so far. It’d also be great to share some adventures with folks instead of always just being solo in the woods and on the water.
