Fierce fury vs xbolt speed

Found a smoking deal (I think) on a fury in caliber I am looking for. Local store didn’t have any xbolts to play with, and would likely need to special order the caliber I am looking for, so cost difference would be essentially a couple hundred bucks.

Someone talk me out of the fury and help me save a couple hundred bucks

I have both in 6.5 CM and even though the xbolt shoots under an 1" the Fury shoots closer to .5" consistantly.

If you're finding a Fierce in the price range of an X-bolt, buy it and don't look back.

Or don't and then tell us where to find it!

Fierce is a great rifle and that’s what I’d get if it’s at a similar price point. That being said I have 2 xbolts and both are .5 moa rifles.

Pulled the trigger on the deal, got the fury. Turns out it was a used gun, although there was no sign it was used, either it was cleaned really really well or it was shot one time and put away. Either way, I got a great deal on it.

My wife asked me how much it cost me, and then I said I needed to get a scope for it too...she smiled and didn’t say a word. Love that woman. I have my eyes on a used bushnell lrhs that may sit really well on top....oh the temptations.

Can’t wait to shoot it, but gotta get the scope first.

Well, finally got my scope, now just waiting on the titanium rail to put on the gun. Ordered Steiner rings to go on the rail once I get it on there. Might bed the rail if it isn’t right right away.
Scope is a Bushnell LRHS, bought it off gunbroker for a decent price. Should work really well for the rifle.
Starting to get some factory ammo in and will trial several brands and weights to see what runs the best.
Will update with range reports

I got it for 1699 and with a gun trade in went down to 13 and change. Scope was 885, rail was 190, rings 70.

Rings came in today. Got the scope mounted. Probably won’t shoot this weekend as I have other plans and weather will be moving in, but should be able to get out next weekend.

All in, minus ammo in the magazine, weighs between 8.25 and 8.5#

I'm looking at maybe picking up a 300wm in that same gun and color.
didn't care for the color when i first saw it, but starting to really like it now.

I'm gonna buy one in the next few days. Heck I already have my buddy ordering several different shells for it to see what its gonna like.
Just having a hard time deciding on the used fierce i've found and a new CA Mesa or Ridgeline.
