In general, a controlled expansion bullet from just about any angle is going to do a great job. When the wound channel coincides with the vitals (as long as the hunter puts the bullet on the right path from a given angle) assuming proper expansion it's going to be a successful ending to the hunt.
Granted that's not experience specifically with the Fusion but the Fusion along with many others will do yeoman's work.
Pictures will look different between the different brands and constructions of controlled expasion bullets assuming the animal catches one. But that's the key, if you're taking pictures of the bullet you're taking pictures of the animal too. In most cases there is less meat damage however as the post above says, if you don't hit it right all bets are off but that's not the bullets fault.
I would use the Fusion with confidence.
