Faxon gunner profile 16” 22 ARC barrel, 1:7 twist, 5R rifling and 416R. I bought this in February for a ULUL that would get a bit more distance than 6 ARC or 223 Wylde. Advertised at 24 oz but weighs 27 oz on my scale.
I installed it on a Bear Creek side charge upper and shot 55 rounds over 3 range sessions.
Mostly 88 ELDM, but also shot 80 ELDX and 62 ELD VT. Didn’t realize the black 75 was an ELDM or would have bought a box of those as well. None shot fantastic but the 88 shot well enough, in the 1-1.5” range.
88 averaged right at 2500 fps which is about 250 fps slower that I was hoping and planning for to gain the terminal range I was looking for. If the velocity was there or close I would load for it.
There are a couple shiny marks from me sliding the barrel nut on and off.
I also have a Faxon lightweight 0.625 gas block and rifle length gas tube I can include for an additional $35.
If you would like the balance of the 45 rounds of ammo and brass add $65. There are 30-88, 5-80, 10-62.
$200 shipped for the barrel only including fees.
