I started my season off with a colorado elk hunt where I was as close as you could come to filling a tag without releasing and arrow, multiple times! My buddy killed a beautiful 300" bull and we headed back to MA to start our deer season. I was able to fill both my buck tags in somewhat short order taking a spike then a nice 8pt. They have been tasting delicious too
