Fair price for used kuiu packs

So a friend of a friend is Interested in my kuiu packs. I have a s/m suspension, size regular frame, 7800 pro bag and a 4000 pro bag. The suspension is from 2018 been on 3-4 hunts. 4000 bag on two hunts and 7800 on one hunt. Everything has been well cared for but the suspension shows some fading from cleaning. Also included is a rain fly and an orange flag made by VIAM Outdoors for each pack. What would be a fair price for both of us (buyer and seller). Any advice is appreciated
