I just wanted to give a big thank you to Steve at Exo, I had a minor sewing problem with my 5500 bag, and Steve said send it back and we will take care of you. In less than a week they had received my bag and sent me a new 5500 to replace it. No hassle, just great customer service. All of this during the mad rush Exo has seen with their packs.
