I had a Exo develop a creaky sound in the shoulder strap harness just before a fly out hunt. They sent me a overnight shipping label, steve tested it out to figure out the issue, replaced the harness (which was in a discontinued color and they gave me an extra they HS laying around) and overnighted it back to me with a free hip pouch in time for my trip.
