I was cleaning up my bow yesterday and later in the evening I saw a bolt and washer on the floor of my study. I was about to shrug it off before I thought to check my bow. It turns out it was from one of the holes connecting the riser to the limb. I can’t believe the good luck of having it fall out in my house where I could find it.
I know it is good practice to check that everything is screwed down tight, but it is something I overlook. I thought I would post this as a reminder for others.

There's a season that ends and were supposed to put our bows away? <Shh, don't tell my wife.>

Good catch and reminder. That could've been pretty bad if you didn't notice.

Ha, I should shoot mine more year round. I usually start shooting heavy a few months before September.
