Ok. You're not going to get help if you ask a super generic question.

Take a look at the NM game and fish site. If it has total crap draw odds, it's a great unit. If it has crap odds, it's good, and if it has good odds, it's probably got an issue like private property.

NM does a pretty good job of managing their herd, so all decent units are good hunting. It really depends on your goals.

Only a maximum of 6% of the tags can go to non resident DIY hunters so doesn’t matter which unit you like the odds aren’t good

I could be wrong, but I think only residents can draw for Bull tags in SOME units (unit 4 near Chama). You can spend some $$ and get landowner Bull tags.

Cow tag are for resdents only

Your a resident asking non residents what’s the best unit. You live in the state, I’d be scouting my tail off
I like 52 51 6c 6a and 50 but i love 52 the most and i scout it all year if i could i draw 6b wich it imposible it has some big bulls
