Also fyi for anyone that dealt with zipper issues on the pro guide series previously, the newer pairs I have gotten switched from the thinner #3 to a more robust looking #5. So ideally that addresses that issue that would sometimes creep up.

They are quite nice in the winter, I wear them routinely. I've been mostly wearing pro guide bottoms for a decade it seems (pants, lined pants, shorts, chinos for work, etc.). They had a timeframe that it seemed like the catch of the fly zippers was failing so it would work its way down annoyingly, that didn't seem to affect my earlier pairs. My newest pairs have a bigger zipper so hopefully it has addressed that.

Only other thing is eventually the pocket stitching starts to fail from surface abrasion but the pairs I have that have that issue are many years old.

Dang forums costing me money. I went on there and found a jacket that seems pretty close to the SG cirque lite.

I also bought some of their Snowcat pants to try. Based on me liking the Cordura material and the fleece lining as seen in their Pro Guide Lined Pants I think the Snowcats will be great for winter time chores.

I have a bunch of the guide pro shorts which are all losing the pocket stitching. In general, I think Eddie Bauer quality is declining.

I really liked the now discontinued Guide Pro work pants- The Guide Pro end to Ender's are OK, A bit heavier than the usual Guide Pro pants. my biggest issues has been with the stitching that doesn't seem to be very robust and is the first thing to wear out/fail. Still decent pants at a good price if you can catch them on sale.

Do the guide pro lined pants fit true to size? Not much left for common sizing on their website in the regular guide pro or the lined version... 33-35 waist and 34 inseam.

I order the same size lined as I do for the regular unlined if that is the question? In the chino's I need to go up 1 waist size (IE 33 in the pro guide and 34 in the chino).
