Early season outer layers

Looking for early season outer layers input, been looking at all the usual brands, Sitka kuiu kryptek ect.

Hunting NM early season so expect it to be warm. I have used some Sitka 90 percent pants since about the time they first came out. Time. For some new stuff and would like something that is lighter and breathes better.

Plan to layer with merino , have a few different weights and brands.

Also looked at the skre stuff but still unsure of it

Just never seen it in person and don't know anyone that owns it, read lots of reviews but no first hand knowledge

If that were my hunt I would be wearing Prana Zion pants, or Black diamond alpine light pant. First lite Aero wool merino base layer top and a grid fleece like the Halstead or First lites new one the Klamath. If you are backpacking in, a light weight puffy as well.
