Early Season Mule Deer

Hey,

I am looking to plan a trip for labor day time period for my dad and I for mule deer in 2024. We don't need to kill a world class animal, but I would love to get him on a decent mule deer. We are open to leasing some private ground or any good public areas. Open to different states as well. I appreciate any input.

Most of the western states have archery seasons open during that time-frame. You would have to put in for most of them, but they are offered.
