Apparently ak12ring’s account got hacked and the scammer POS tried to sell me a Tikka in .223. I wouldn’t do PayPal F&F but I sent a postal money order. The address came up as nonexistent and I got the check back today. We communicated via text and everything seemed fine.

So BOLO, Otto Walker, 1202 Heather Oaks Way, North Las Vegas, NV 89031, 734-436-5831

It was almost too good of a package when I saw it. It was everything a rokslider would want, Perfect scam bait. Glad you didn't lose any money on it.

So hows that work now? Will the angry dude at the post office refund the money? Have sent a lot of money orders, never had one come back. Kinda curious how that plays out

That's pretty disturbing that the scammer knew the audience well enough to craft that kind of bait. Glad you didn't lose out on that money.

I always look up the address on Onx when dealing with folks. The addresses on Heather Oaks look to jump from 1201 to 1209 with no Walker listed as an owner.

Sad part is scammers are good at getting into accounts and ruining a good thing.
