Do Sitka mountain pants run small/tight?

Do Sitka mountain pants run small or have a tight fit?
I am a fat boy and don’t like tight fitting clothes. I usually wear a 36-38 waist but these are a 37. I don’t know if I should try them. I don’t have a store that I can try them on 1st.

I found the 37’s to be a good fit, a little loose with room to layer. The 38’s were way too loose and pretty baggy.

My Sitka Mountain pants fit exactly as my normal jeans do. My only complaint about them is a somewhat overly generous boot cut. Still my favorite pant though.
