Directional Electronic Muff Recommendation

I am looking for a pair of electronic muffs for hunting that offer directional/stereo amplification. I have used the Walker's razor however they are mono amplification so determining the direction of the sound is nearly impossible. I have tried various "cheaper" in ear devices but never found anything that both fit and stay in my ear or sound half way decent. Ultimately I know the best solution would be custom hearing aids but those are a pretty big hit on the wallet. Does anyone have any hunting experience with directional amplifying muffs you would recommend?

I have the Walker's Razor Quad that offer directional stereo sound. I think I paid about $65 for them and they work as advertised.

I read some reviews on these that state they still amplify the sound equally to both ears. Even though the microphones pick up 4 directional sound the output is still the same to each ear. But a guy can find a bad review and incorrect info all over the internet. Do you notice directional stereo amplification where you can which side of you the sound is actually coming from?

Yes, I was wearing them when I elk hunted. I could actually tell which direction a bugle was coming from, (left or right) and if it was in front of me or behind me. I could also hear my guide when he whispered to me. The only reason I don't use them for hunting anymore is because I now use the Otto Noizebarrier Micro which is an in the ear system. It has two sound settings, normal and enhanced and comes with its own recharging case. I have been using them several years, and they are what I'm sticking with. I do use the Walkers for running the firing line at the range I work at.

On another forum someone recommended Sordin Supremes. I bought a set but haven't had a chance to vette them yet. Plan to use them on a bird hunt in 2 weeks so we'll see.
