As everyone knows, Colorado has recently introduced Canadian wolves. Rep Boebert has re-introduced a bill to remove the Gray wolves from the ESA. This is related to the lobo de-listing bill that Rep Gosar has introduced. The Lobos have been found North of I-40 for years know. The “wolf people” are hoping and actually planning that the Mexican Grays will catch up to the Grays in Colorado. The Mexican Grays will be in Colorado if they aren’t already there. It is important that both bills are passed:

I found out today that the wolf people are trying to get the I-40 boundary restriction rescinded. Their plan is to get the wolves established in the Jimenez, Valles Caldera. Since the wolf packs have a territory size of 200-1,000 sq miles, my guess is the wolves are already there. If the boundary restriction is lifted the wolves will eventually be in Southern Colorado as well. I think these two delisting bills can be passed but it is going to take phone calls and emails to each states’s house reps to get those bills moving. When you contact them, let them know that the I-40 boundary should not be rescinded.
