Sorry if this is answered somewhere else and I missed it.
6 of us are doing a weeklong boat based hunt where we'll have access to a freezer. I normally use a vacuum sealer but want to be able to process the fish and deer on the boat, freeze it and bring it home that way. When I get home I won't be in a rush and can use the vacuum sealer or freezer paper.
I know there are other ways but this is just my preference.
Since space and weight are a consideration, does anyone have a rule of thumb for deer per saran wrap roll?
Appreciate anyone's input!
