Has anyone here hunted in Czech Republic? My wife is wanting to take a trip to Prague, so I figured I’d put the feelers out there to see what kind of hunting opportunities there are, with the hopes that maybe I could sneak away for a day or two for a hunt in a new country. From my research so far, it looks like there is quite a bit of opportunity actually (more than I expected), with game like red stag, roe deer, fallows, mouflons, and more.
I’m leaning more towards roe deer (figure they would be the most budget friendly option), but would be open to other animals as well. I’d love to hear from anyone who has hunted there before, including price range and how the experience was, and if there is a recommended outfitter they used. I’d prefer to not hunt from a blind or high rise, more looking for a spot and stalk type hunt.
