I was in the market for a wood stock for a cz 527 sbr project. I'm looking to build a 527 with a 12-14 inch barrel with a supressor and lightweight scope or red dot.
By a stroke of good luck, I stumbled on a beautiful 527 FS stock. My plan was to cut it down to the length I needed for my sbr build. Upon getting it in hand, I realized this would be scandalous. This stock is in near immaculate condition, and almost impossible to come by.
So... I'm looking to trade it to someone who wants a 527 FS. I can trade my stock for a carbine stock + cash (depending on condition). It has the cut out for the old style rear sight post, but will also fit the original skinny barrels. It will not fit the newer carbine barrels as they are a bit thicker.
Or... I can trade my stock and barrel for another stock and barrel. The stock will need to be shortened by 2.5 inches to fit the barrel, and the metal cap placed on the new end. I'll end up doing this if no one wants the stock in the original length.
Full gun isn't for sale as im using it for a 527 sbr build. But I'd love to find someone who wants this stock rather than cutting it down.
If I had to list sale price, it'd be $500. Clearly I'd highly prefer a trade. Thanks all!
