Sold CZ 457 Varmint 22lr for a 17hmr

I have a CZ 457 Varmint in 22lr that has been sitting in my safe and doesn’t get much use. I picked up a cheap semi to use for my squirrel hunting. I’m wanting to trade it for a similar priced rifle in 17hmr.

Have you considered swapping the barrel out? Its really easy on 457's. I have the same gun and have been thinking about picking up a 17hmr barrel.

I have. It seems like they are never in stock

Barrel swap is slick on the 457. I have a .17HMR and bought a SS .22lr barrel that I swap back and forth. Both barrels shoot excellent...........and I used it as justification for a nice scope.
