Sold Cutco Knife 5718 Drop Point - DD Edge

I purchased this knife new a few years ago. I'm selling it because I have 2 and don't need both. This one has seen only very light use. I sent it to Cutco in NY for factory resharpening. It cuts like a demon. Incidentally, Cutco offers FREE factory sharpening on all their knives for as long as you own it.

This is the drop point model with Double-D serrated blade. The serrations are NOT what most guys are used to seeing. They are smaller and not concave-rounded. These knives cut tendons, ligaments and tough connective tissue with much less effort. I've butchered and de-boned an entire bull moose with one knife, without needing sharpen it.

The sheath is black cowhide. Both knife and sheath are made in USA. Blade is polished and has no scars.
