Ordered a pair, arrived in Alaska in less than a week. Size is very accurate in my experience and my feet smiled when I put them on. Nice and light and aren't ski boot stiff in the ankles which is what I was after. I've got about 4 miles on them and the break in is almost there. Tried a pair of the Green Superfeet insoles in them which seemed to move the arch support too far back for me. The factory insoles are almost perfect.

I like my Valdes, been a good lw boot. Break in was very minimal. Held up well to over 85# pack weight also. Not what a 10" boot could offer but as a 7" boot very happy

I've been wearing a pair for nearly a year, I like them. The lacing system could be changed but I got used to it. I think I'll get a pair of Thor's since they're a half pound lighter. My 9 1/2 Valdes's weigh 3.5#.
